All cutters are measured by their longest dimension. Ex: a 4" listing means that the longest dimension on that cutter is 4". This is almost always a diagonal length!

Cutter measurements go as follows:
3.5" Scalloped Oval with Bow 1 - 3.5"x2.3"
3.5" Scalloped Oval with Bow 2 - 3.5"x2.3"
4" Scalloped Oval with Bow 1 - 4"x2.6"
4" Scalloped Oval with Bow 2 - 4"x2.6"
